(Nick was watching TV when he heard a knock on the door It was the mailman with a special letter for Nick. it said: "Dear Nick, I couldn't keep my mind off you & how cute you look. you're really terrific. & i want to have lunch with you at the Pizzeria. love Mindy.")
Nick: Wow. *goes to get dressed up for the lunch date with Mindy*
Greg: Whoa Nick, what's got you all dolled up.
Nick: I got a lunch date with Mindy at the Pizzeria.
Greg: wow.
(Nick went to the Pizzeria & waited for Mindy. after waiting he realized that Mindy wasn't coming)
Nick: I've been stood up.
(Yippy goes downstairs)
Yippy: hey Nick. *looks at him* what's wrong?
Nick: oh, hi Yippy, I was waiting for Mindy so we can have our lunch date, but she didn't show up.
Yippy: oh, I'm sorry Nick.
(a paper plane comes in the Pizzeria)
Nick: what's that? *grabs it*
Yippy: it looks like a letter.
Nick: *reads the letter* "Dear Nick, I'm sorry i didn't meet you at the Pizzeria. I hope you can forgive me. follow the directions on this letter, & you will find me. Mindy
Nick: Wow. *goes to get dressed up for the lunch date with Mindy*
Greg: Whoa Nick, what's got you all dolled up.
Nick: I got a lunch date with Mindy at the Pizzeria.
Greg: wow.
(Nick went to the Pizzeria & waited for Mindy. after waiting he realized that Mindy wasn't coming)
Nick: I've been stood up.
(Yippy goes downstairs)
Yippy: hey Nick. *looks at him* what's wrong?
Nick: oh, hi Yippy, I was waiting for Mindy so we can have our lunch date, but she didn't show up.
Yippy: oh, I'm sorry Nick.

Nick: I hope she's not pulling my leg again. let's go. *NY left the Pizzeria & followed the directions on the letter The directions lead them to the park*
Nick: hmm. she should be here.
Yippy: let's wait for her while we play.
Nick: ok. *they played at the park they realize that Mindy's not at the park either.* *feels sad*
Yippy: don't worry Nick, it'll get better.
Nick: thanks Yippy.
(that night Nick is lying on Kahuna's bed crying as Yippy (whose sleeping over) comforts him, Kahuna comes into the room)
Kahuna: Nick? what's wrong?
Yippy: Mindy sent Nick 2 letters. the 1st was to meet her at the Pizzeria, the 2nd was to meet her at the park. She didn't show up at either spot.
Kahuna: *holds Nick* aw Nick, I'm sorry.
Nick: thanks Kahuna.
Kahuna: The truth is, I wrote the letters.
Yippy: You did?!
Kahuna: yes. actually, Big Pauly, Rico, & Kingsley helped as well.
Nick: *feeling a bit angry* why would you guys DO that to me?!
Kahuna: we wanted to see how you would feel about having a girlfriend.
Nick: I got dolled up for nothing!
Yippy: you really hurt Nick's feelings today Kahuna.
Kahuna: I know, & i'm sorry guys.
Nick: it's ok. but i'm still upset.
Kahuna: I hope i can make it up to you.
Nick: I don't know how you can.
Kahuna: I might have a good idea.
Nick: well, I hope so.
Kahuna: *puts Nick on his belly* trust me. good night Nick.
Nick: good night Kahuna.
Yippy: good night guys.
Nick and Kahuna: good night Yippy
(the next day, Big Pauly, Kingsley, Rico, and Kahuna takes Nick to the Cloudberry Beauty Salon to spy on Vicky and Mindy)

Vicky: Nick, Guys, what're you doing outside our sallon, & by the window no less?!
The Four Chubby Men: Vicky, it's not what you think.
Nick: yesterday they pretended to be Mindy by writing me letters to meet her at the Pizzeria, & the park. Neither of them showed up. & when Kahuna told me & Yippy what they did, I was upset. so they brought me here because they wanted me to ask Mindy to be my girlfriend.
Mindy: is that true?
Kahuna: every bit of it. we're sorry.
Vicky: *pinches Kahuna's cheek* aw Kahuna, you should've told me sooner. we could've set up a date for Mindy & Nick.
Mindy: *pinches Nick's cheek* & Nick, I'd be more than happy to be your girlfriend.
Kahuna & Nick: Really?

(later that night, Mindy was awake sitting in her bed)
Mindy: mom?
Vicky: yeah Mindy?

(at Kahuna's apartment Nick was doing the same thing he was sitting awake sitting in his bed)
