born Louanne Charlotte Footz, Luna's mother was a french woman and her father was a hispanic man and they were middle class the only depressing moments in Luna's life was at school instead of getting picked on for having parents from different country's she was picked on for her voice (witch sounds French-Hispanic-American like) and started getting moody and starting gaining a likeness into clowns and balloon's, due to this she gotten her nickname Balloona, later when Chuck the Clucker came to her school to steal food and ran into her in the hallway, he convinced Luna to upset the pouch by trading it for one of her classmates water balloons and when she did she became a Balloon replica of herself and became Balloona Luna, Boing-Boing Betty's closest friend and Chuck the Clucker's "girlfriend".
